Award-winning restaurants, theaters, and art galleries are all within walking distance. You'll also be able to walk to the recently approved Community Venues: the Dr. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center, Events Center and Florida Citrus Bowl. The Dr. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center's site is expected to encompass 400,000 square feet, featuring three concert halls, community space and a public plaza. The Center will be home to local performing arts groups including the Orlando Philharmonic, Orlando Ballet, Orlando Opera and Festival of Orchestras.

The Florida Citrus Bowl is scheduled to undergo a significant renovation. Plans to install individual seats, add club seats and luxury boxes and renovate restrooms and concession stands will make the out-dated venue capable of hosting several major sporting events each year.
